This was my first time buying a house and I had the pleasure of working with Aziz and Wade at Loan Factory. These two are true professionals. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Courteous and patient. I was sending questions via text to them at 7 and 8 pm and they would still respond. Even on weekends. They made the entire process easy and relatively painless.

The processors, Gabriel Clesca and Gloria Bresnan were absolute pleasures to work with under this great company. They were very quick and had amazing communication throughout the whole process. They were always ready to respectfully explain everything so as a buyer, you feel comfortable and confident.
